I have never workout before, is FFD for me?

Fun Fit Dance is for EVERYONE, all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. There are always plenty of options given and excellent instruction to ensure safety.

What type of classes do you offer?

Just because we are called FUN FIT DANCE this does not mean we only dance our calories away. We offer many class types. Please refer to the “CLASSES” section for a detailed description of the classes and their length.

Will there be any FREE workouts offered on Facebook? How often?

Yes, we will still do a FREE class on the FUN FIT DANCE Facebook group from time to time. Please check the group for class time and frequency.

How often will LIVE Classes be? How long are they saved?

New LIVE classes are happening 5-7 times per week. These classes will be saved and as a member you have access to them for up to 30 days.

How do I pay for FUN FIT DANCE?

We use PayPal as a way of collecting member payments.  They accept Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit Cards.

A PayPal account is required to join FUN FIT DANCE.

When will my payments go through? Can I do automatic payments?

When signing up you’ll be directed to PayPal to make your first payment.

If you chose the Monthly plan, subsequent payments will automatically go through on the same day each month (eg. if you joined June 15th, July 15th will be your next payment, and so on.)

Special offers or one-time payment plans, will be charged to the credit card you entered while registering. These payments will expire on the stated date, and will not be automatically renewed.

How do I cancel my monthly plan?

Monthly plans will need to be cancelled via PayPal.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

What if I cancel before my next billing cycle?

Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I request a refund?

If you are not happy with your subscription and would like a refund, please contact us directly at coachmichelle@funfitdance.ca.

Will you offer other services?  Nutrition, Yoga, Fitness for Children, Parents and Baby workouts etc.

As the Fun Fit Dance community grows, we will be adding programs. Stay tuned!

Will FFD offer LIVE IN PERSON CLASSES? If so, will there be a cost?

There is no additional cost for in person LIVE classes, this will be included as part of your FFD membership. When we are allowed to safely gather in smaller groups, we will pick a local spot on a weekend and join together for a LIVE in person fitness class. We will communicate where and when the classes will be through email. There will be limited spots and you will have to RSVP. This will happen 2-4 times per month depending on demand and member interest.

What other services can FFD provide?

  • Corporate plans (group fitness online or live for your office)
  • School Dance Fitness classes (kids learn dance fitness and the benefits of healthy lifestyles)
  • Small Group individual fitness plans with friends/family
  • Sports team group sessions, dryland training offered in person or virtually

Is there a FFD Referral Incentive?

Referrals are a HUGE compliment and very much appreciated. We will soon offer a referral program for our number one fans. Stay tuned!
