Cardio Dance with Strength

Easy to follow dancing or HI/LO cardio with strength components. Using tools like weights, bands, bender balls, gliders and poles.

EVERY FRIDAY 
Friday – Cardio Dance with Strength @ 915AM to 1015AM
LOCATION: 100 Charlie Rogers Place Tony Graham Rec Complex
Pre-registration preferred but drop in’s are welcome $10 per class

Small Group Fitness Sessions (max 4)

In this type of class, you will be working with me. All kinds of fitness, HIIT (interval training), strength training, total muscle conditioning, flexibility, and stretching (yoga). Find a few friends or sign up as an individual. In this small group environment, I will be able to watch you closely and help with form to push you safely to your max abilities!!
It will be fun and we will sweat!!!
