The WOMENS WORKOUT WORKSHOP was developed for women between 30-70 peri or post menopause. Whether you are new to fitness, getting back to fitness or want to maximize workout your workout potential this workshop is for you.

The workshop is 2 hours long and will cover the following:

  • Workout efficiency (types, time, frequency)
  • Injury prevention during training
  • The importance of mobility, flexibility & stability
  • How to deal with muscle soreness and what it means
  • Mental, physical and other challenges
  • Exercise plans & different types
  • Working through the “pain” ; injury, arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle tightness knowing the difference between good and bad pain
  • Light nutrition talk (food & fitness connections)
