What do we offer?

Private Group Fitness Classes for all fitness levels

We offer a variety of indoor & outdoor group fitness classes, as well as Corporate Team Building events or ongoing fitness classes. We also offer corporate personal training on-site. If you have the space we have the class!!!

Equipment is provided.

Group Fitness Classes (large or small)

CARDIO DANCE with STRENGTH

Get your dance on with this high-energy fitness dance class. Each song is choreographed with easy-to-follow moves. We use different tools like weights and bendy balls are added to get your conditioning and cardio all in one!

For all fitness levels.

 

TOTAL MUSCLE CONDITIONING

A head-to-toe muscle workout with little to no cardio. The class will use different tools like free weights, sliders, body bars, and Bosu balls and maybe we’ll get creative and use some other household items. Cap off the class with a quick stretch of the muscle groups worked.

 

HIIT/TABATA/BOOTCAMP

This type of class involves a series of low to high-intensity exercises with periods of rest intermittently. Typically the intervals are timed, in HIIT 40 secs of exercise and 10 secs of rest, with 6-10 exercises with 3-4 sets. Tabata is 20 secs of work and 10 secs of rest with 8-10 rounds of each.

Loads of variety, variations, and levels.

ONGOING CORPORATE FITNESS

Looking to be active in your office as a team? We can help. If your office has the space for workouts, FFD Fitness can provide weekly/daily workouts in your office building.  Equipment provided.

TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

Looking for something fun and different for your next corporate team-building event? Why not DANCE? Each song is choreographed with easy-to-follow moves.  Enjoy the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and now music as we move and groove together as a team.  Fun, dynamic, social, motivational, and best part you will feel GREAT!!!!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROGRAM

Together we will build a program that suits the wants and needs of your corporate community.  Stress management, daily breaks, and fitness are all paramount in a healthy working environment.
