CARDIO DANCE with STRENGTH
Get your dance on with this high-energy fitness dance class. Each song is choreographed with easy-to-follow moves. We use different tools like weights and bendy balls are added to get your conditioning and cardio all in one!

TOTAL MUSCLE CONDITIONING
A head-to-toe muscle workout with little to no cardio. The class will use different tools like free weights, sliders, body bars, and Bosu balls and maybe we’ll get creative and use some other household items. Cap off the class with a quick stretch of the muscle groups worked.
HIIT/TABATA/BOOTCAMP
This type of class involves a series of low to high-intensity exercises with periods of rest intermittently. Typically the intervals are timed, in HIIT 40 secs of exercise and 10 secs of rest, with 6-10 exercises with 3-4 sets. Tabata is 20 secs of work and 10 secs of rest with 8-10 rounds of each.
